By engaging Indigo Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

You understand that Indigo Services acts as a referral agency only and is NOT the employer. You understand all final arrangements are made between yourself as employer and the person we have referred.

Please note - this employee / employer relationship does not exist in cases when the Agency refers an independent contractor. Contract personnel hold their own ABN.

You understand workers are only referred by the Agency and are therefore not covered by the Agency’s Public Liability Insurance or Workers Compensation whilst on assignment. Independent contractors do however have their own insurance.

You acknowledge you have received a copy of the Agency’s Privacy Policy relating to disclosure of your personal information, and voluntarily consent to personal and sensitive information being collected, used and disclosed as contained in this policy.

You understand the placement process will require the Agency to give prospective workers limited personal information about yourself and your family. You give consent for the Agency to disclose this information when deemed necessary by the Agency representative from time to time.

You agree to not enter into any personal work agreement at any stage, either directly or indirectly, with any worker and/or contractor referred by or registered with the Agency or any other person you have been introduced to as a result of any dealings with the Agency.

You understand a placement fee of $4500 plus GST will be due and payable immediately if you engage any worker and/or contractor referred by or registered with the Agency without the express permission of the Agency.

You understand workers and/or contractors are referred to you alone and they cannot be transferred to another person.

You agree to pay all costs associated with specific advertising undertaken by the Agency at your request. General advertising costs are at the Agency’s expense.

You agree to indemnify Indigo Services, its executive, shareholders, and staff (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”). from and against all claims, suits, demands, and actions of whatsoever nature and description, which may be made or brought against the said Agency by any person directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to any employment by you of persons referred by the Agency.
