By engaging Indigo Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms of payment.

Indigo Services charges an “agency fee” for sourcing, screening and referring personnel to you. These fees are in addition to “wages and salaries” paid to workers by you, and/or payments made to contractors, and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Agency fees are due and payable as follows:-

Temporary / Casual assignments

• To be paid at time of booking via credit card over the telephone. Fees will be debited on confirmation of placement.

Permanent / On0going assignments

• To be paid to the worker on completion of each assignment

Positions attracting once-off placement fees

• To be paid in full prior to commencement of appointment

Credit of fees:-

A full credit will be applied if six(6) hours notice of cancellation is given. Fees credited will be held on your account and applied against subsequent bookings. Please note, no refunds will be given.

Workers wages and salaries:-

Workers are to be paid on completion of each assignment unless otherwise negotiated with the employee.

Failure to pay fees:-

You understand that failure to pay all prescribed agency fees will result in legal proceedings and cancellation of all services provided by the Agency. You agree to pay all recovery costs associated with this process.
